Under normal circumstances, YTO will provide a series of WARRANTY for newly purchased eBikes.

  • Throttle: 6 months
  • Tire: 6 months ( Punctured by sharp objects not included )
  • Fork suspension: 24 months
  • Derailleur: 6 months
  • Pedal: 3 months

Return and Repair Policy: In addition to the above warranty

Maintenance policy:

During the warranty period, the goods are delivered to the store for repair, free of labor costs, but the cost of materials is charged, and the price of the parts are based on what’s listed on our website. If prices are not listed, please refer it to our service center .

After the warranty period, the goods are delivered to the store for repairs. Labor fee is $30 per hour plus the cost of the parts required for the repair. The prices of the parts required are the same price as listed on our website. If price is not listed, our staff will notify you about the costs of the parts needed for the job.

During the warranty period, if the goods cannot be delivered to the store, the maintenance personnel will communicate according to the parts and the company’s parts warranty policy.

After the warranty period, if the goods cannot be delivered to the store, the maintenance personnel will communicate and deal with the issue according to the situation.

Refund Policies for Merchandise, Used Bikes and Bike Repairs:

Refund Policy for Merchandise:

  • You must have the original receipt for your transaction. If you did not keep your receipt or lost it, we may be able to find your transaction in our system. If it is busy, we may ask you to come back later so that we can serve you and our other customers better. We appreciate your consideration.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. If package never open, the purchase will pay for go and back transport fee.
  • If your eBike purchased from YTO has been used, and are returning it within 30 days, based on the condition of the eBike, YTO may charge some depreciation.
  • Discounted items are considered final sale, unless otherwise specified.
  • Items returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition, i.e. unworn and unused, and they must be in their original packaging. In other words, if you wouldn’t buy the item for the same price, in the condition that it is in, you can’t return it. No exceptions.
  • Returns and exchanges are processed at the sole discretion of the employee processing the return.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of the following items: gift card, labor, deposits and special order items.

Used Ebike Return Policy:

  • Used ebikes are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return. Used ebikes are tuned to their best condition before being sold, and are never sold with structural/critical defects. Buyers are encouraged to test ride thoroughly before purchasing.

Work Order Agreement and Conditions:

  • All estimates and quotes provided are subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you and inform you of any change in cost for your work order.
  • We want your bike to be perfect just as much as you do. However, sometimes things just don’t stay fixed. If a problem recurs, just come on back and we’ll see about making it right.
  • We cannot provide a warranty on flat tire fixes.
  • We reserve the right to charge storage a fee (up to $5 per day) on bikes that have not been picked up for 72 hours after work is completed if we have had no communication with you. Property left on the premises for more than 90 days after work is completed will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. Please let us know if you are unable to pick up your bike! We will be as accommodating as possible.

Delivery Fee:

  • In-store pickup (No fee)
  • Shipping within Canada is $95 Canadian dollars.
  • Shipping to the USA is $130 Canadian dollars.

Delivery Time Estimate:

We currently use Purolator for shipping out our eBikes. After an order is placed, the shipment will be sent out within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Due to Covid-19, the shipment times may be affected but we will do our best to make sure orders are sent out in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipments within Canada can be expected to take up to 15 Days to arrive.
  • Shipments to the USA can take between 3-4 weeks.
